Additional Rate Details:
● ADDITIONAL FEES & RATE DETAILS: Does not include the 14% Bahamian Foreign Tax. Cruising Permits, customs fees, and Taxes to be paid by the Charterer upon entry to Cruising Grounds or Ports for all charter locations.

● MINIMUM NIGHTS: 5

● LESS THAN 7 NIGHT CHARTER RATES: For 6 night charters, divide weekly rate by 7 nights X 6 nights. For 5 nights or less, divide weekly rate by 6 nights X number of nights.

● SLEEP ABOARD:1/2 the daily rate. Dinner ashore at client's expense. Includes; boarding after 4pm, welcome cocktail and breakfast the next morning and early start.

● HALF-BOARD OPTION: $100 discount per person
Includes; 7 breakfasts, 4 lunches & 3 dinners, all other meals to be eaten ashore at client's expense.

● LOCAL FARE OPTION: $75 discount per person
Includes; 7 breakfasts, 5 lunches & 6 dinners, all other meals to be eaten ashore at client's expense.

● TURN AROUNDS: 24-hour turn arounds available for $250 per charter, otherwise 48-hour turns are standard

● PICK-UP & DROP-OFF: Nassau Yacht Haven Marina. In case of lack of room, the alternative would be Palm Cay Marina.

● RELOCATION FEES: for Pick-up/Drop-off in Staniel Cay is $2000 USD.

● 2021/2022 HOLIDAY RATES:

***We are willing to offer a one-way charter from Nassau to George Town from 19 - 26 December. A Cabin Rate of $5500 USD and/or a Standard Christmas Boat Rate

XMAS: 10% surcharge to be applied to standard charter rates. Must end no later than Dec 26th.
NEW YEARS: Flat rate $20,000 Must begin no sooner than Dec 27th.

The rates include:

● Private Yacht & Service of the crew (captain, chef/mate)
● Accommodation in private cabins with en suite bathroom
● Bedding, towels and beach towels
● Full board includes all meals served aboard (breakfast, lunch and dinner daily), full bar, and wine served nightly.
● Consumables for the yacht (diesel, fuel and water)
● Water sports on board: snorkeling gear, stand-up paddleboard, kayak (2seats), floats, towable inflatables, fishing gear and tackles

The rates do not include:

● Cancellation Insurance and private insurance
● 14% Bahamian Taxes
● Extra drinks, fine wines, champagne & spirits, special meals orders
● Docking fees
● Transfer airport – base – airport
● Personal expenses
● Tip. It is customary to tip your crew at the end of your charter. The amount you leave is totally at your discretion and should be based on
the level of service provided. The suggested gratuity is 15-25% of the total charter fee.

Location Details:
1). Pick-up and Drop-off for all charters is at Nassau Yacht Haven Marina.
In case of lack of room, alternative would be Palm Cay Marina.

2). Relocation Fees for Pick-up/Drop-off in Staniel Cay is $1500 USD.

3). Pick-up/Drop-off in other locations is upon request, and the Relocation fee
Would be dependent upon the Location

4). StarLink Internet is available on board Sea U Later.
