Lunch

After a morning of swimming and exploring come back to the boat for a delicious lunch to refuel for the rest of the afternoon

Honey Mustard Sesame Chicken Strips - crispy chicken strips smothered in a honey mustard marinade served on crispy lettuce, tomato, feta, avocado & sesame seeds Light and Refreshing Thai Summer Rolls - crispy lettuce, cabbage, carrot, cucumber, mango and mint wrapped in a delicate rice paper roll with a sweet chilli & peanut dipping sauce

While watching the setting sun & sipping on cocktails on the deck, your chef will get your evening meal ready
