Cheese board with various cheeses dried fruit, spiced mixed nuts, vegetables, homemade crackers and marinated sun dried tomatoes

Porcini rub tenderloin with with grilled vegetables and creamy potatoes 

Pernod flambé garlic shrimp and tomatoes with grilled vegetables and rice pilaf

Lobster mushroom Marsala sauce with pasta
