S/Y PRANA is a veritable nirvana of relaxation and luxury in chic, and light surroundings. The magnificent 52m Superyacht is a joint project by Alloy Yachts and Dubois Naval Architects, who created the perfect combination of speed, comfort and style. PRANA’s hallmarks are her sweeping hull lines resembling a racing yacht, her sleek fly bridge and distinctive superstructure which have already gained her recognition as a modern classic. PRANA’s impressive amount of interior space on each level is a distinctive quality in comparison to other sailing yachts. There are plenty of special features to satisfy guests: a perfectly designed cabin layout with generous amounts of open space, a variety of toys for an active holiday; and of course the spectacular exterior, ensuring a grand entrance into the most famous marinas and ports around the world. The new and spacious main saloon is divided into several main areas allowing guests to always find a comfortable area whether in the welcoming bar elegant lounge or the beautiful dining area. These sections flow gracefully into the cockpit where there is another dining area. Here you can enjoy hours of breathtaking scenery. The interior of PRANA was conceived in the Redman Whiteley Dixon design studio, and was expertly refitted in 2012. Everything is founded on the principle of exceptional comfort and great entertainment - whether on the open water or docked in the port. The yacht has undergone a further technical refit and full exterior repaint for the 2014 season thus ensuring safety, reliability and her ongoing reputation as an outstanding yacht. PRANA offers one Master suite, two Queen guest staterooms, and two Twin guest staterooms. The Master suite encompasses the entire width of the hull, maximizing the amount of space. The design of the guest staterooms is remarkable, with solid wood panels of walnut and wenge and inserts fitted with dark chocolate leather. The efficient layout and smart lighting offer comfort and relaxation. PRANA’s array of water toys is suited to a wide variety of guests’ interests. The number of activities will impress even the most experienced enthusiasts of active holidays. There are two Laser dinghies, three kayaks, two paddleboards, not to mention the Water Skis and the Wakeboards. A unique and new experience is guaranteed with the yacht’s Seabobs - lightweight water scooters, which allow for hours of fun gliding along the water surface or diving in and out of the waves. The technical equipment onboard is everything you would expect from a top-range modern sailing yacht. The sail sizes are 2500 square meters, the power of the auxiliary Caterpillar diesel engine is 1200 hp. The entertainment system on PRANA is outstanding and you will find a high speed internet access with full Wi-Fi coverage throughout the yacht. The user interface systems are all “user friendly” and do not require a lengthy instruction process. Even the process of selecting movies for viewing from a rich media library is made simple using iPads. In addition, PRANA has her own dedicated information channel for guests. On the iPad you can find all the necessary information about the route and plans, current location, weather and upcoming events. Separate sections are devoted to the on-board cuisine and entertainment. A site with an electronic diary allows guests to view photos and video reports about their trip, which they can access while onboard or from anywhere in the world. Stateroom Details

• MASTER SUITE The aft end of the lobby gives access to the owners’ suite, which spans the full beam of the yacht, making for a very spacious arrangement. The king size bed is on the centreline with a leather top desk to starboard and a leather top chest of drawers on the port side. A TV is concealed behind artwork to the right of the entranceway. The en-suite bathroom is situated up a couple of steps and behind the aft bulkhead. This is a very generously proportioned room with a bath and shower in a glassed-off section on the starboard side and a separate toilet also behind etched glass on the port side. A heated towel rail doubles as the ladder to the escape hatch up to the aft deck. All the guest suites have portholes, electric blinds, individual climate control, mood lighting and music systems. • GUEST STATEROOM 1 & 2 Two identical double cabins side by side and divided down the centreline occupy the full beam of the yacht at the head of the T-shaped lobby. Each has a queen size bed with a side settee that can be converted to an additional small single bed. Silk oatmeal carpets are soft and luxurious underfoot in the bedrooms, while the bathrooms feature white marble and green glass finishes, with Wenge detailing. • GUEST STATEROOM 3 & 4 Flanking the leg of the T-shaped lobby are two mirror-image cabins with twin single berths, each with an additional Pullman berth and en-suite bathroom.
