June - October 2020: Singapore - the Anambas Islands, Indonesia. Embarkation in Singapore or Malaysia (Mersing) for overnight passage to the Anambas Islands (resp. 140 - 75 nm).
Return flights from Anambas to Batam available. Anambas Islands Airport (IATA: MWK, ICAO: WIOM), also known as Matak Airport, is a small airport with domestic flights only. At present (March 2020), there are 2 domestic flights from Anambas Islands.
The longest flight from Anambas Islands MWK is a 213 mile (343 km) non-stop route to Batam BTH. This direct flight takes around 1 hour and 15 minutes and is operated by XpressAir. XpressAir is currently the only airline flying non-stop from Anambas Islands to South-Eastern Asia. They fly seasonal to Batam (BTH) and Tanjung Pinang (TNJ).
